Can I choose my EduPoint portal address?+
Yes. During setup you can choose an available EduPoint subdomain before it is provisioned.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Custom domains are available on eligible plans starting from LKR 10,000 per month and require DNS verification.
Can one institute manage several branches?+
Yes. Branch capacity depends on your plan, and each branch can have its own administrators and settings.
How are subscriptions paid?+
You can submit a bank-transfer confirmation from the billing area. EduPoint activates the paid period after verification.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Institute owners can review and select available plans from their control centre.
Will parents receive attendance notifications?+
Parent notifications can be enabled for attendance and class activity. Email is available by default; WhatsApp requires configuration.
